Robot Gage

Pictured is a customized gage cell with robot load and unload into a fully automated gaging cell. The gaging cell is using air gaging and LVDT probes to measure several different features in both the horizontal and vertical axis. Along with communicating movements to slides and robot using prox switches integrated with Gaging computer to collect, store, and SPC the data being collected from the different dimensions.
